ENGLISH
GATES OPENING HOURS
Friday 22h August : 7pm to midnight (4pm for the prepaid tickets)
Saturday 23th August : 7am to 8pm
Sunday 24th August : 8am to 5pm.
ENTRY FEES

LEAVING THE SITE
If you leave the site Friday or Saturday evening to sleep at a hotel, make sure you keep your bracelet on your wrist ( if you take it off we will not let you in, and you will have to pay again ).
TRACK FEES

FOOD
The food trucks will be open from Friday evening to Sunday lunch, :
You will have the choice between several quality foodtruck, Asiatic, Pizza, French Fries and much more
BBQs : status to come later upon weather and local regulations
CAMPING
For sleeping at the HEM, you may camp on site, don't forget to bring your tents !
If you leave the event to go to sleep in a hotel, don’t take you wristband off. It will allow you to come back the next day without having to pay again.
On site, you will find toilets and showers.
SHOP
Each year, more and more shops join us to offer you nice items :
Fullcartuning, Honda France, Strictly Static, Meguiar’s, AutoLedPrestiage, HondaModelCar, etc…..
ACTIVITIES
Enjoy HEM Car life, Limbo contest, Show’n’Shine, RC Drift, Music, etc…. A planning will be shared on socials during the event
NON HONDA
As every year, other brands can enter the site but must be parked in the background, in the grass, covered, at your convenience.

HORAIRES D’OUVERTURE DES PORTES
Vendredi 22 Août : 19h-00h00 (16h00 pour les billets pré-payés)
Samedi 23 Août : 7h-20h00 (à confirmer)
Dimanche 24 Août : 8h-17h
ENTREE

Un bracelet par personne est donné, il doit être porté au poignet tout le week-end.
*Les prix annoncés pour le vendredi et samedi sont pour le week-end complet.
**Gratuit pour les moins de 14 ans
DEPARTS
Si vous dormez à l’extérieur, à l’hôtel par exemple, votre bracelet d’entrée vous permettra de revenir le lendemain sans payer l’entrée de nouveau. Gardez le bien au poignet !
PISTE

RESTAURATION
La restauration est assurée du vendredi soir au dimanche midi inclus par :
Vous aurez le choix entre différents foodtrucks de qualité, Asiatique, Pizza, Burgers, etc…
Barbecues : statut à venir en fonction de la météo et des autorités locales.
CAMPING
Pour les nuits au HEM, le camping est de rigueur, n’oubliez pas vos tentes et matelas !
Pour les personnes qui préfèreront l’hôtel, n’oubliez pas que votre bracelet d’entrée vous permettra de revenir le lendemain sans payer l’entrée de nouveau. Gardez le bien au poignet !
Sur place, vous trouverez des douches et toilettes en nombre suffisant !

Chaque année notre village professionnel s’agrandit ! Pour cette édition vous retrouverez :

NON HONDA
Comme chaque année les autres marques peuvent entrer sur site mais se doivent d’être garées en arrière plan, dans l’herbe, bâchée, à votre convenance.
